Christian Richard, well-known as the partner of Christine Quinn, was apprehended on Tuesday for an act of Domestic Violence. This exclusive news by Pagesix.
The law enforcement unit of Los Angeles informed us that they received a distress call from the Hollywood Hills vicinity of LA which was regarding a household disagreement around 2 PM local time.
The officer for public information informed us, “The accused hurled a bag that contained a glass container towards the victim. The victim was missed, but the victim’s offspring was hit, resulting in injury.”
The young one was evaluated by paramedics, however, they did not transfer him to a medical facility.
On the contrary, another informant revealed to our team that the minor, who we can now confirm is the son of Quinn, was later transported to the ER in an ambulance from the scene.
“Christine exited the house and accompanied her son in the ambulance,” the insider added.
Quinn, aged 35, has been wedded to Richard since 2019. They are parents to a 2-year-old son, named Christian Georges Dumontet, after his father.
Photos secured by our team show the spouse of the “Selling Sunset” alum being taken into police custody with his hands cuffed behind him. He was only adorned in a bathrobe, and without any footwear.
The law enforcement officers informed our team that Richard, whose legal last name is Dumontet, was apprehended for an attack with a lethal weapon.
We were informed that it is uncertain if the victims were still present on the property when the police arrived.
As per the legal enforcement records, Richard is still in custody. He is held on a $30,000 bail, which has not yet been posted.
The Netflix celebrity, who exited the hit reality series prior to Season 6 in 2022, showcased much of her relationship with Richard on the series, which included their grand wedding.
The ex-model-turned-real estate agent exchanged vows with the businessman in front of her castmates at a cathedral in downtown Los Angeles, with cameras rolling.
They then welcomed their first and only child together in May 2021 following an emergency C-section.
“It is the most incredible feeling to know that you have created life,” Quinn shared with People at the time of her child’s birth.
“My protective mama bear mentality is stronger than ever. My sole job is to protect him, to love him, and to raise him.”
Following her departure from “Selling Sunset,” Quinn and Richard launched their own real estate company, Real Open, which handles transactions via bitcoin.
Our team has reached out to Quinn’s representative for a comment but did not immediately hear back.
Quinn has not made any comments on the domestic violence incident yet.
