There were rumours for more than a month that Adele would get engaged to her boyfriend Rich Paul, but now she has confirmed it herself during a concert on her tour in Germany.
The British singer talks a lot with her fans during her shows and during one of the breaks a guy confessed his love for her and asked her to marry him. She said very calmly: “I can’t marry you, because I’m already getting married,” and also showed her engagement ring. One of the artist’s followers shared the moment on her X account (formerly Twitter).

The love story between Adele and Rich Paul began three years ago. For a while they kept their romance a secret, but in 2022 they were finally spotted together at an NBA game. He is a prominent sports agent, and his client list includes players like LeBron James, Darius Garland, and Anthony Davis.
The singer was married to Simon Konecki from 2018 to 2021; their son Angelo was born in 2012 (Rich has three children from his previous relationship). Adele does not give many details about her life with Paul, but in an interview with Oprah Winfrey she said that she found her boyfriend’s work very interesting. “He’s funny. And very intelligent. It’s amazing to see what she does.”
Adele does not plan to record a new album. Her concerts in Munich will end on August 31 and she will then take several weeks of vacation. On October 25, she will resume her residency in Las Vegas, titled Weekends with Adele, with the last show on November 23.
