If you are a fan of this type of programs and you were excited by the plot of The Walking Dead and its derivative series, we recommend a post-apocalyptic drama that could soon have a second season. We refer to the series We are deada successful K-drama on the platform Netflix which was renewed for its second season.

Following the initial outbreak of a deadly virus, the city of Hyosan was quickly overrun by the zombie menace and then, in turn, most of the undead were destroyed by bombing raids by the Korean army. While most survivors had their stories concluded, it is entirely possible that the outbreak could still resurface. All it would take is one zombie to ruin everything again in the Netflix series We’re Dead, which came to dethrone The Walking Dead.

And then there’s Nam-ra, who somehow managed to retain his humanity even after the infection ravaged his body. It turns out that she is just one of many hybrids who can use the virus to her advantage, becoming extra strong and resistant to pain. The problem is that the hunger for human flesh still persists, so that’s another threat that the new episodes of this series similar to The Walking Dead could really sink their teeth into.

Due to the writers and actors strike that keeps Hollywood paralyzed, new episodes will not arrive until 2024. Fortunately, the first season of this better-than-The Walking Dead K-drama is complete on the streamer and ready to be streamed by fans.
