Actor Who Appeared on CBS Crime Dramas NCIS and CSI: New York Dies

NCIS and CSI: New York are two of CBS’s best crime dramas that for years have featured countless guest actors to bring key characters to life in the stories. One of these stars died over the weekend at the age of 43.

NCIS is the broadcast network’s Naval criminal investigation drama C.B.S. which premiered in 2003 to follow the stories about a group of special agents working for the agency attached to the United States Navy. This is an elite team that is responsible for investigating and solving cases of crimes related to military personnel and doing everything possible to put those responsible behind bars.

Billy Miller began his artistic career in the drama CSI: New York in 2006.

Like NCIS, the crime drama CSI: New York (CSI: NY) is one of the most popular shows on CBS. The series aired for 9 seasons made up of a total of 197 episodes broadcast on the network between late 2004 and early 2013. Over the years, both television productions have featured countless guest stars who were part of the stories, and some of them became memorable thanks to the quality with which they interpreted their characters.

One of these stars was Billy Miller, who died on Friday, September 15 at the age of 43. An actor known for his long-running participation in American soap operas The Young and the Restless (as Billy Abbott in 719 episodes between 2008 and 2014) from CBS and General Hospital (as Drew Cain, Jason Morgan and Jake Doe in 592 episodes between 2014 and 2019) of the network ABC. She also appeared in different television shows and some movies, but her career began when she first came to the screen through CSI: NY in 2006.

Billy Miller played Will Graham in CS:NY season 2 episode 18, titled ‘Live or let die’. After taking on different roles in other shows, he played Robert Dolan in the main series. CSI in 2014, specifically in episode 19 of season 14 titled ‘The Fallen’. She also appeared on the ABC series, The Rookie as Ken in episode 7 of season 4 titled ‘Fire Fight’ aired in 2021.

Billy Miller appeared as one of the villains in season 20 of NCIS and as a guest on the legal series Suits.

Billy Miller’s last performance was his most recent appearance in episode 3 of season 20 of NCIS, titled ‘Unearth’, broadcast in 2022.. On the long-running CBS drama he played Ezra Moretti, one of the most outlandish villains to ever hit the CBS naval criminal investigation series.

The death of Billy Miller, an actor who at 43 years old was one of the most prominent in Hollywood, thanks to his leading roles in American soap operas, is sad news. His other credits include Richie Novak in All My Children; Justified, Ringer, Fatal Honeymoon, Truth Be Told and Castleas well as a guest star in the legal drama USA Network, Suitswhere he played Marcus Specter, Harvey’s brother (Gabriel Macht).
