The rumors became a fact! Sega officially announced a new installment of the iconic series of strategy games – Total Warwhich this time is subtitled Pharaoh and takes players straight to Ancient Egypt. Together with the trailer, Creative Assembly also released a package of the most important information about the upcoming production.
Total War: Pharaoh on the way – we have an announcement
The market of strategy games this year has already received Company of Heroes 3But that doesn’t mean that all good things are over. Sega has announced that it will hit store shelves in October Total War: Pharaoh. The cult series will take us back to antiquity again, but this time it will be the leitmotif of the game Egypt. At this point, it is worth emphasizing that the title in question will be available on the day of its release only in the PC version.
During the game, players will play the role of the ruler of ancient Egypt, whom we will be able to choose from eight faction leaders from three authentic cultural centers. In addition, the gameplay will offer such wonders as:
- Dynamic Battles – changing weather conditions, sandstorms, fires and floods.
- Huge map — it includes the banks of the Nile, the deserts of the Sinai Peninsula, and the cliffs of ancient Anatolia. Everything is reproduced with the smallest details.
- Personalized campaign — customization of gameplay conditions, random starting positions and resource settings.

Interestingly, you can already buy the game from Creative Assembly in pre-order. The title is available on Steam, Epic Games and the official online store of the series.
Three editions of the game are currently available for pre-order – Standard, Luxury and Dynastic. They cost respectively: PLN 289.99, PLN 351.90 and PLN 440.25. Below you will find a detailed description of the content of each version of the game, which will debut in October this year.

The DLC will be released as part of post-launch content. Details on the DLC release plan will be announced at a later date. The digital soundtrack will be released together with the game Pharaoh.
The Avatar of the Gods cosmetic pack includes unique skins for all playable faction leaders (eight in total), while the Heart of the Shardana cosmetic pack offers exclusive Shard outfits for bodyguard units. These packs will be available at launch Total War: Pharaoh.
