Elena Volkova has been living in Catalonia for 20 years. There she married and gave birth to a son, whom she sent to an educational institution from the top 50 according to the Spanish Forbes. However, the child did not like it there – he complained about the bad attitude of the staff and food with worms in the dining room. The mother filed a complaint with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and tried to transfer her son from an elite place. However, the school wrote a response to the woman, accusing her of insanity.
After that, Volkova was deprived of parental rights without a trial. The woman explained that the authorities were based on the testimony of a psychologist who did not even communicate with her. The child was sent to live with his father, with whom Elena is divorced – previously he did not care much about his son. Now Volkova is trying to regain her parental rights with the help of rallies.
Previously, parental rights were deprived of Russian parents in Germany. According to human rights activist Harry Muray, the case is based on very questionable evidence and is political in nature. The lawyer explained that a neighbor from below complained about a married couple from Russia, who had a conflict with the family – he claimed that he had heard some cases of violence and that he had observed alcohol abuse.
