A summit aimed at strengthening relations between Russia and African countries is being held in Moscow on March 19-20. The parliamentarian and ex-minister of the DRC is one of the guests interviewed by RT France.
“Russia, for the African continent, is an important country. Firstly because Russia took part in the decolonization of Africa (…) Secondly, Russia is a major country, a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council.
