For this reason, the community chief himself, accompanied by the national deputy martin tetazthey said present at the gates of the government to demand that Axel Kicillof return the money “ill given” to La Matanza as co-participation as a result of these erroneous projections.
“There were 12 years that this was miscalculated. There may have been 70 billion pesos that left 134 municipalities and went to La Matanza. Much of that money is in a fixed term,” said the mayor in relation to the money that municipality took to the detriment of the rest of the parties.
“We cannot continue distributing the co-participation with a census number that is wrong. We are demanding that the governor soon correct this issue and that he compensate for the 12 years. He can’t look the other way,” Valenzuela said.
And he added: “Of the 20 municipalities that we lost the most, 15 are from the Frente de Todos. It’s not a partisan issue.. Everyone agrees with the diagnosis, I estimate that for a reason of party discipline, nobody wants to say it to the governor’s face.”
