Johannes Thingnes Boe crowned his sensational season in the very last competition of the winter in Oslo on Sunday.
The Norwegian top star also wins the 15 km mass start race at the World Cup finale and celebrates his 19th win of the season. In 23 individual races he was third three times and twelfth once. An unprecedented record.
Boe wins with two missed shots after 38:51.9 minutes in front of the Swiss Niklas Hartweg (0F/+26.2) and his compatriot Vetle Sjaastad Christiansen (0/+35.2).
The 40-year-old Simon Eder is once again the best Austrian and manages to place in the top ten. He finished tenth without a fault, 1:15.1 minutes behind. David Komatz is 14th with one penalty (+1:42.0).
