For the disappearance of 19 thousand doses of fentanyl there are two investigations in the Public Ministry. The first case occurred when five doses of opioids were found in an anesthesiologist’s briefcase in the insured care area of the hospital complex.
A medical audit and another administrative audit were ordered and the result was sent to the Public Ministry and with these new elements, on March 3, 2023, this instance decided to open a second folder.
The CSS alleges that administrative measures were ordered internally, such as staff rotation in the Pharmacy and the operating room.
