Shooting for the 6th season of the series “The Crown” has started. The latest installment of Netflix’s blockbuster will focus on on Kate Middleton and Prince William. When will it premiere on Netflix?
The latest season of “The Crown” will bring viewers closer to modern times in the life of the British royal family. In the new episodes, we’ll look at: life of Diana and Charles after the breakup of their marriage. There will also be a theme of the fatal car accident of the “queen of human hearts”, although the creators have indicated that they will not show it in the series, but only the events preceding the tragedy.
It is not yet known when the 6th season of “The Crown” will debut on Netflix, but the first photos from the set have already started to appear as an incentive. In September last year, it was revealed that the role of the prince will be played by actors Rufus Kampa and Ed McVey, respectively. The former will play King Charles’ son in his teenage years, while the latter will play William in his early adult years. Meg Bellamy was cast as Kate Middleton.

Recently, the crew of the series visited the Scottish University of St Andrew’s, where Prince William studied. It was there that the young Windsor met Kate Middleton in 2001, which is why Meg Bellamy, who played the role of the Duchess, also appeared on the set for the first time.
