A terrible accident that occurred in the afternoon hours of this Friday night, in the town of Tupelí on July 9, claimed the life of a 17-year-old girl. She was traveling as a companion on a motorcycle that collided with a truck and died shortly after. Now, his identity was known and it was learned that the authorities are looking for witnesses who can provide details on the mechanics of the event.
The 17-year-old was Micaela González, who had an address in Rawson. She was traveling with Lautaro Guzmán, who is 20 years old and was riding a Honda brand motorcycle, XR model. just when they circulated On Zapata Street, in the section between Calle 8 and Calle La Florida, they collided with a Dodge truck, driven by Pedro José Font.
According to the first tests (which are being reviewed), the motorcycle would have invaded the opposite lane, which is why it was hit by the truck, despite the fact that its driver suddenly braked to avoid the impact.
After the impact, the two occupants were taken to Rawson Hospital. However, the young woman did not resist the strong blows and died in the emergency room.
