It should also be noted that a study conducted by Harvard University revealed that drinking more than four cups of coffee a day for a prolonged period of time reduces by 25 percent the risk of developing uterine cancer, while drinking between two and three lowers it by 7 percent.

Furthermore, it is important to note that there are a number of people who shouldn’t drink coffee under any concept. Specifically, this drink is prohibited to certain people based on diseases they may suffer from or other aspects or conditions.

  • People with insomnia, nervousness or anxiety.

It should also be noted that there are people who are simply sensitive to caffeine. This means if caffeine consumption causes rapid heartbeat, nervousness, increased anxiety or insomnia, beyond what is considered “normal”. This has to do with the fact that some people take longer to metabolize caffeine.
