FOOTBALL – On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, next Tuesday March 21, and as part of an awareness campaign by the LFP, RC Lens is at the origin ofan unprecedented initiative in Ligue 1.
This Saturday, March 18, during the Lens-Angers meeting, the Lensois players wore their jerseys with the name of a registered teammate instead of theirs.
Seko Fofana’s jersey was thus flocked with the name Leca, or that of Loïs Openda was displayed with the name of Fulgini.

Note that before the match, Lensois goalkeeper Brice Samba was given a standing ovation by the Bollaert-Delelis stadium for his very first selection for the France team.
