The internal battle between brothers for control of the Santana Cazorla Group launches a new judicial front in Gran Canaria. Lawyer Nicolás González-Cuéllar Serranorepresenting the company 947 MSC International -property of Manuel Santana Cazorla–, works on a lawsuit against eight people, including Santiago Santana Cazorladifferent lawyers, a notary and two companies for alleged crimes, among which are criminal organization and documentary forgery.
The two Santana Cazorla brothers had a 50% stake in the group, both directly and through relatives and intermediary companies, as in the case of 947 MSC Internacional and 959 Oliva Inversión Internacional, owned by the largest, Manuel Santana Cazorla; or of Tirajana Wineries and Santana Servicescontrolled by Santiagothe youngest of the brothers.
Two years after its builder Brothers Santana Cazorla SL was declared bankrupt, the Santana Cazorla Group has been led to separate bankruptcy proceedings of two other holding companies of Gran Canaria: the construction petrecan and the real estate asset manager team ten. In the complaint it can be read that “the facts for which this complaint is filed have their origin in the fraudulent use of a power of attorney for lawsuits granted by a group of companies, to which is added the false granting of the power of attorney of another company », as reported Atlantic Today.
