TOMSK, March 18. /TASS/. The flight, which will take 187 passengers from Tomsk to Sochi, was delayed due to the lack of an aircraft, the press service of the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor’s Office told TASS on Saturday. Departure was delayed until the arrival of the aircraft at 15:00.
“The reason for the delay is the weather conditions of the Sochi airport, due to which the aircraft left for an alternate airfield. 187 passengers are waiting for departure (in Tomsk),” the press service said.
The Tomsk transport prosecutor’s office is checking the observance of the rights of passengers while waiting for a flight.
On site Tomsk Airport reported that the flight of the airline “Northern Wind” was supposed to take off at 07:20 (03:20 Moscow time). Estimated departure time – 22:05 (18:05 Moscow time).
Earlier it was reported that the flight from Omsk to Sochi, which was supposed to take off at 08:30 (05:30 Moscow time), was also delayed for 12 hours for the same reason.
