The case was presented this Thursday in a shopping center, in the metropolitan area of Medellín, Colombia, where the victim worked as a stylist.
Mariano Atehortúa, security secretary of Sabaneta, Antioquia, reported that the couple He was going through two processes of domestic violence: one before the Prosecutor’s Office and an administrative one for the restoration of rights before the Family Police Station.
“We know that there was a complaint in the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation for domestic violence and in the Family Police Station The administrative process was being carried out to restore the rights of this woman who had been physically and verbally violated by her permanent partner,” said the secretary.
Despite the inquiries, Aguirre continued to search for and harass the woman, identified by the surname Muñoz, for which she decided to change residence, and moved with her two children, from the municipality of Sabaneta to the city of Medellín.

The homicide occurred this Thursday, around 1:00 pm, in the medical tower of the Mayorca shopping center, in Medellín.
Her ex-partner came to the place looking for her, who asked for her, to which the victim came out to talk to him, without imagining that it would be a deadly attack.
According to local media, minutes later, the subject entered the office asking his partner for help because “I could not see”.
So in appearance, his corneas were quite damaged. At that moment, Aguirre threw the powder in his face and ran off.
Despite medical attention, the woman passed away minutes later and the man was found dead in one of the mall’s bathrooms.
