A merchant from Pocito got a sad surprise upon arriving at his premises and discovering that they had broken the back door of the place to rob him of approximately half a million pesos between spare parts that he had for sale and cash. Now the police are investigating the incident.
According to Luciano Landa, owner of the house that sells spare parts and vehicle accessories, “the robbery happened yesterday, Thursday morning. When I got to the business I saw that the door was open and that they had broken the frame to enter the premises”, which is located on Rawson street between David Chávez and Aberastain, in the middle of Villa Aberastain and two blocks from the 7th Police Station.
As for what they took, he listed: “The notebook computer in which we have the sales system, helmets, transmission kits, oil bottles, motorcycle dashboards, batteries, engine casings and about $60,000 in cash that was in the cash register. The elements that were taken add up to $400,000.”
Since yesterday morning, when Landa notified the Police until now, the troops investigate the case and speak with the neighbors who, according to what they say for now, saw nothing. However, they follow a clue that signs indicating whate criminals who entered would have been two.
“The truth is that it is something very unusual for the area, they had never had any problems. Let’s hope we can recover some of what they took,” Landa concluded.
