But now a Twitter insider named Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) has commented that the Pixel Fold will be priced between $1,300 and $1,500. That would be a significant savings of up to $500 over the 2022 Galaxy Z Fold 4 and possibly this year’s Galaxy Z Fold 5.

This makes more sense than making the foldable newbie, the Pixel Fold, the same price as the well-established veteran Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Fold 5. The tipster says that both the Pixel Fold and the mid-range Pixel 7a will be announced in Google I/O and that both will go on sale early in the third quarter.

Technical characteristics of Google’s folding
