The Rome Guardia di Finanza carried out the seizure after the woman was reported for receiving stolen goods. The assets declared would be much lower than those owned.
The Guardia di Finanza has seized assets for 110 thousand euros ad Alexandra Judge, the Pamela of ‘A cat on the ring road’. The measure was applied for reasons of ‘social danger’ given the background of the 43-year-old, accused in the last twelve years of various crimes, including theft, fraud and forgery in the period from 2011 to 2018.
Already in 2019 Alessandra Giudicessa had been reached by the special surveillance measure, then revoked in 2021.

The seizure was ordered after some investigations carried out by the Economic and Financial Police of Rome after a new complaint arrived in 2022. One person accused Alessandra Giudicessa and her husband of receiving stolen goods, a complaint that sparked new investigations. From these it emerged that the assets owned by the plaintiff were disproportionate to what was declared. For this reason, two policies worth around 80 thousand euros and two cars purchased between 2018 and 2019, for a value of 35 thousand euros, were seized.

Shoplifting charges against the two sisters
Alessandra Giudicessa and her sister are already known to the public not only for their career as actresses, but also for the judicial chronicles. In the film they played two shoplifters, and also in real life they have been accused of theft: according to the prosecutor in 2018 they would have stolen sunglasses worth 250 euros from an optician, replacing them with a fake pair. They would then go to a shop, where they would pick up thousands of euros worth of clothes and T-shirts. Also in 2018 they allegedly took possession of two perfumes worth 500 euros.
