Jarek "Jarex" Kowalczyk: Significant deterioration of health.  Bakshish cancels performance at Winter Reggae

Information about the cancellation of the group’s performance Bakshish on Winter Reggae its leader handed over Jarek “Jarex” Kowalczyk.

“Unfortunately, due to the significant deterioration of my health, I will not be able to perform for you. It is with regret and bitterness that I inform you about this situation. I hope that the organizers, whom I personally also apologize, will offer an equally good replacement. I wish all participants of the festival great fun. I envy meetings, sounds and positive emotions. Unfortunately, in my life it is time to put myself under the care of doctors again, “wrote the singer.

Let us recall that the leader of the veterans of the Polish reggae scene underwent a kidney transplant in 2002.

Existing since 1982, the band released the premiere album “Ego” for its 40th anniversary.

During Winter Reggae, Bakshish will play instead of the band Habakkuk from Częstochowa. Also on stage will be Taboo and Paprika Korps.
