Iguatemi, one of the main companies in the shopping center sector in Brazil, starts next Monday, March 20, the second edition of Iguatemi Collections – a loyalty campaign carried out since last year that is part of the Iguatemi One relationship program . In the action, for every R$100 in purchases or every R$50 spent in restaurants at participating malls, consumers win collectible pins to exchange for exclusive products from international brands, such as the Swiss Kuhn Rikon and the German Nachtmann, specialized in utensils kitchen items such as Japanese steel knives and high quality stainless steel cutlery set.

The first edition was held in 2022 and, according to the company, recorded expressive results: the 12 participating malls had an increase of more than 16% in the average value of individual purchases. “We had a high engagement rate and increased the base of new customers captured for our relationship program, Iguatemi One, by 15%. We believe in the potential of the project and we are bringing news for this year, expanding the action to more ventures and new options for collectible products”, says Alexandre Biancamano, Director of Marketing at Iguatemi.

Since last year, Iguatemi has partnered with L – founders of loyalty, a global company specializing in loyalty solutions, for the strategic development of the action. “The results obtained in 2022 proved the effectiveness of our campaign model also in the shopping center segment, with an exponential increase in the average value of purchases and a significant increase in the number of customers of the Iguatemi One program, surpassing all pre-established goals”, reinforces Beatriz Ramos, CEO for Latin America at L-founders of loyalty.

The campaign, which for the first time is sponsored by XP and VISA, will run until June 18 in 13 of the company’s developments: Iguatemi São Paulo, JK Iguatemi, Shopping Pátio Higienópolis, Shopping Market Place, Iguatemi Alphaville, Iguatemi Campinas, Galleria Shopping, Iguatemi Esplanada, Iguatemi São Carlos, Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto, Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto, Iguatemi Brasília and Praia de Belas Shopping (Porto Alegre, RS). To participate, customers need to be registered in the Iguatemi One app, available on Android and iOS devices, where they will register tax coupons and collect pins, which they can then exchange for items at the exchange points in each mall.
