Kate, 41, visited the Irish Guards during the St Patrick’s Day parade in Adershot, for the first time since being appointed Colonel. She was accompanied by her husband, the Prince of Wales, who left the position of Colonel of the Irish Guards vacant for Kate. After visiting the First Battalion of the Irish Guards on Salisbury Plain on International Women’s Day, today the Princess made her debut as a Colonel of the Regiment.
