The eight clubs qualified for the quarter-finals of the Big Ears Cup have come together to find out their future opponents.
The European cups continue on their merry way without the French clubs. This Friday, all eyes are on Nyon where the draw for the quarter-finals of the Champions League. But that’s not all since now, UEFA proceeds in the wake of the draw for the semi-finals. And this year, the picture looks very open.
Indeed, if the traditional heavyweights (Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Chelsea) will be there, Serie A fans will be delighted with the massive presence of Italian teams. Inter and AC Milan are back in the forefront, while Napoli will advance to the quarter-finals for the first time in their history. Finally, the attractive Benfica by Roger Schmidt will want to play the spoilsports. As a reminder, the quarters will be played on April 11-12 and 18-19. As for the semi-finals, they are scheduled for May 9-10 and 16-17.
