At UFI Anivi they investigate the case of a girl who may have been sexually abused by her father. The judge of Guarantees Javier Figuerola gave the green light to start the investigation against that young man from Albardón.
The complaint was filed by the mother of that 6-year-old girl. She filed it on February 2, due to a situation she experienced when she tried to bathe her minor.
According to judicial sources, the girl told him that she felt ashamed. And then she slipped him that her father touched her vagina when she bathed her.
This Friday the accused (unidentified to protect the minor) was formally charged with the crime of simple sexual abuse. For now he is free.
Assistant prosecutor Benjamín Spatzer (on behalf of prosecutor Duilio Ejarque) asked the judge to authorize the girl to be interviewed in the Gesell Chamber by the Anivi psychologists. The magistrate accepted this measure, which is key to determine if there are typical signs of victims of crimes against sexual integrity in the girl.
Sources in the case said that the minor’s parents are separated. The suspect was prohibited from approaching his ex and her daughter, and they also imposed other measures of coercion to ensure that she would submit to the process, without hindering him or running away.
