Russian guards detained a former military man near Mariupol on suspicion of complicity with the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Near Mariupol, the special forces of the Russian Guard detained a former serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) on suspicion of aiding the enemy. On Friday, March 17, Lente.ru was informed by the press service of the department.

The detainee, according to the structures of the DPR, could transmit information to the Armed Forces of Ukraine about the deployment and movement of Russian troops. It also became known that the man had destroyed his military uniform and documents the day before. His home was also checked for weapons and ammunition. The suspect has been handed over to law enforcement for investigation.

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian military received 20 years in prison for killing residents of Rubizhne with a flamethrower.
