The three editors-in-chief Johannes Boie, Alexandra Würzbach and Claus Strunz have to leave with immediate effect. Marion Horn takes over as editor-in-chief with immediate effect, Robert Schneider will join on April 17 as the second editor-in-chief. You will lead the editorial team with a total of six deputies. According to a press release from the Axel Springer publishing house, the new editor-in-chief is to position the paper more digitally and promote digital change. Horn worked at Axel Springer for 25 years before leaving the company in 2019.
