A celebration of Polish music in a new place.  Where will Fryderyki take place?

On April 22, Arena Gliwice will host the Gala of Popular Music and Jazz. It is there that the Fryderyk statuettes will be presented, and today we have learned the names of the first stars that will grace the ceremony.

Let us remind you that in 2021 and 2022 the Fryderyki were held in Szczecin. Two previous editions took place in Katowice. Thus, the event returns to Silesia. Since 2019, most of the gala has been shown by TVN (some awards are presented outside the TV broadcast).

“I am very happy that the gala of the most prestigious Polish music awards will be held in Gliwice. The Fryderyk Awards have their undisputed place in the Polish music industry” – emphasizes the mayor of Gliwice Adam Neumann.

Nominations for Fryderyk 2023 will be announced on March 22 – then the stars of the gala will be revealed. Now we have met the first performers who will appear in Arena Gliwice.

They will perform on stage T.Love, Behemoth, Mrozu, Sara James, Julia Wieniawa, Szczyl i Smolasty. The first batch of tickets for the gala has already gone on sale.
