On April 11, 2023 begins the Income and Wealth campaign corresponding to the fiscal year of 2022 and, as of this day, taxpayers may begin to request the draft of the return to be submitted online at the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency, whose term will be extended until June 30. On the other hand, on May 3 the deadline for requesting a prior appointment to submit the statement by phone opens, whose procedures will begin on May 5, and from June 1 it can be done in person at the corresponding offices of the Tax agency.
How to access the draft declaration
In this sense, The first step to present the draft electronically will be to access the electronic headquarters of the Tax Agency, in which a specific section of ‘Renta 2022’ will be enabled for the preparation of the declaration. Once inside the portal, we must select the option ‘Processing of the draft/declaration’. The ‘Renta Web’ section is the Treasury’s help service for the processing and presentation of the declaration.
In order to access the return filing service, it will be necessary to have one of the following identification systems: [email protected] PIN or the reference number by entering the DNI or NIE, or through the certificate or electronic DNI.
If it is the first time that you access the services of the Tax Agency for the processing of the declaration, the data corresponding to the tax domicile must be confirmed. Once this is done, you must enter the ‘draft/declaration’ option and fill in all the corresponding data on your personal and family situation, whether it is individual or joint, and whatever is necessary on your income and assets. If the Tax Agency requires more data, the taxpayer will receive a notice on his screen.
