The attack killed three people and damaged research center buildings.
Two Israeli Air Force F-16 tactical fighters launched a missile attack on Syria on March 12, stated Rear Admiral Oleg Gurinov, deputy head of the Russian Center for Syrian Reconciliation, at a press conference.
“On March 12 (…) two F-16 tactical fighters of the Israeli Air Force launched from the northern part of Lebanon a missile attack that damaged research center buildings in the Masyaf and Al Safsafah settlements,” Gurinov said.
The rear admiral added that, according to the Syrian side, the attack caused the death of three people.

On Tuesday, four F-16 fighters from the Israeli Air Force carried out a missile attack against the international airport of the Syrian city of Aleppo, damaging the runway and radar. The airport temporarily suspended operations, thus halting the delivery of humanitarian cargo from foreign countries.
