Mayor Mario Dávila reported that the request of the director of the Faculty, Alfonso Yáñez Arreola, was received to hold a solemn session of the council, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of this Faculty of Jurisprudence.

After presenting the mayor, before the council, the content of the petition for its analysis, and discussing some points, it was finally approved by trustees, councilors and councilors.
The mayor mentioned that the UAdeC Faculty of Jurisprudence is one of the best law schools in the entire country, and great figures of public life have graduated from it, in the political, social and labor areas.
