Adriane Garcia remembers: “a smile can hide many tears”

The end of a marriage always generates some frustration, especially when a lasting commitment is idealized, where there is no lack of love and companionship. Adriane Garcia he had to overcome the end of the love story he wrote with Tiago Alves Ribeiro over the course of 15 years and from which a son was born, Francisco, who is now six. When announcing the separation, exactly one year ago, the presenter ended up seeking support from psychologist Débora de Mello, who helped her to understand that the end of a relationship does not mean the end of her life and that there is always a new page to be written and other opportunities to be explored.

“We are not perfect and there should be no shame in saying we need to ask for help.”
