Cars and trailers ended up on the roof next to the road, as can be seen in the pictures of the Neuhofen fire brigade. The driver and his passenger were lucky in the misfortune: they escaped uninjured.
Shortly before 2 p.m., the car was hit by a strong gust of wind, causing the driver to lose control of the car, the fire department said. The emergency services moved to the scene of the accident, at the intersection of the Oberinnviertler Landesstraße and the Gewerbestraße. The operation ended at 3:45 p.m.
