That amount is the equivalent to what a doctor in the Valencian public system earns for performing 1,460 hours on call.
As union sources have confirmed to OKDIARIO, the hour on duty of a Valencian doctor in ordinary working hours is currently valued at €27.14. As of January 2024, it will be €28.36.
The Valencian-Balearic Community Summit was held on December 14 and 15, 2022 in Valencia and included the participation, among others, of the presidents of both communities, the socialists Ximo Puig and Francina Armengol.
Its objective was to strengthen collaboration on common issues. And this strengthening cost more than €39,000 to the Valencian public coffers, according to data shown by the Presidency Contracting Platform of the Generalitat Valenciana, which includes a catering for 120 people and “dinner” for 63 people, which cost €14,212.34 without VAT and €15,633.57 with VAT included: the equivalent of 576 extra hours for a doctor in the Valencian public system.
As reflected by that same platform, the Presidency of the Generalitat Valenciana awarded on December 13, 2022 the rental of logistics material and assembly of the Summit stage. The award was made for an amount of €9,141 without VAT and €11,060.61 VAT included.
Always according to the aforementioned platform, the cost of renting technical material, lighting and chairs with technical and assembly personnel for that same act amounted to €5,283.50 without VAT and €6,393.04 with VAT included. The realization of three cameras with signal delivery to screens and encoding for streamingwas awarded for an amount without VAT of €3,810 and €4,610.1, VAT included. The participation of the singer-songwriter Eva Gómez accompanied by the multi-instrumentalist Laura Miñarro had a cost of €600 without VAT and €726 including VAT.
But the most striking thing is a service catering for 120 people and “dinner” for 63 people, which cost €14,212.34 without VAT and €15,633.57 with VAT included. Finally, a service of 4 hostesses for tourist attention and quality cost €1,008 without VAT and €1,219.68, including VAT.
