Concerned lawyers ask to investigate the crime in Santiago

The lawyers also expressed their dismay that the authorities did not take precautionary measures to prevent the death of lawyer Fábrega, despite knowing the previous events that had occurred.

They asked the authorities to investigate the crime and bring those responsible before the justice to answer for their actions. They also expressed their condolences to the family of the lawyer Fábrega and pointed out that his death has caused pain, sadness, panic and anxiety in the population of Veraguas and in the entire Panamanian society.

The trial lawyers called on the authorities to take security measures to protect legal professionals and prevent future similar crimes. The legal community hopes that the truth about who are the people linked to the crime of the lawyer from Veraguas, César Fábrega, is achieved.

Juan Antonio Cuan, a trial lawyer, and other of his colleagues, also maintain that the summons was valid to express their concerns about the events that occurred where a legal professional was the victim of several shots with a firearm.

He indicated that they extended their condolences to the relatives and took the opportunity to ask the authorities to carry out an in-depth, serious and exhaustive investigation that could identify the people suspected of the crime perpetrated against the lawyer Fábrega.

The litigating lawyers ask the authorities to look for the people linked to this fact and that they be brought under due judicial process so that they answer for the responsibilities that correspond to them in the face of the atrocious crime that has caused pain, sadness, panic and anxiety in the population. veragüense and in the entire Panamanian society.

Juan Antonio Cuan also stated that the authorities must give an answer in this investigation, for which they hope that the veracity of the people linked to the crime of the lawyer from Veraguas, César Fábrega, can soon be obtained.
