US President Joe Biden called his predecessor Donald Trump “the future president.” He stated this when presenting his budget proposals at event in the state of Philadelphia.
“Perhaps you remember, when I competed for the position, I had a fight with the former president and, possibly, the future president,” the American head said.
However, during these words, Biden crossed himself and said: “God forbid.”
Earlier, former US President Donald Trump officially announced his participation in the 2024 presidential election. At the same time, Fox News presented a list of candidates who can compete with the ex-head of state. Among them are Trump’s vice president Mike Pence and popular young Florida governor Ron DeSantis.
