On this Wednesday and through a trial of the Flagrancy system, a subject was sentenced to six months in suspended prison (without jail) for the crime of minor injuries aggravated by the relationship in the context of domestic and gender violence, injuries aggravated and resistance to authority in real bankruptcy.
Judicial sources reported that last Monday morning, Maximiliano Soler (30 years old) was traveling in his vehicle with his partner at the exit of a nightclub. Along the way, an argument began that escalated into violence, until the driver began to assault his partner on a cell phone, until the woman managed to get off at her home, inside the Hualilán II neighborhood.
In the period in which she was attacked. the woman had managed to call 911 and the troops arrived at her house. While the victim told them what had happened minutes ago and showed them the abrasions and scratches he had on his skin, the attacker arrived to rebuke the complainant and also the officers, who, when trying to apprehend him, had to deal with the subject’s strong resistance. , to the point of injuring three of the uniformed men.
Finally, Soler was apprehended and locked up in the cells of the 25th police station until today, when he was tried, while the injured were treated at the scene by medical personnel.
