SHOT: patient of Saratov rehab “New Life” died from torture
The patient died from torture at the Novaya Zhizn rehabilitation center in Saratov. About it writes Telegram channel SHOT.
It is noted that the deceased, 25-year-old Ruslan Mansurov, was subjected to repeated bullying by nine people, including the previously convicted director of the rehab and his consultant. Seven guests who have a criminal past also took part in the torture.
The man was beaten, tied up, chained to a bed and wrapped in a carpet. So that Mansurov could not get out, the carpet was sealed with tape, after which they were taken out into the street, into the cold. A few hours later, the victim died of hypothermia. Forensic experts found numerous abrasions on the face, wrists and shins.
Criminal cases have been initiated for causing death by negligence and unlawful imprisonment. An investigation is underway at the moment.
