In the early hours of this Monday, March 6, Firmapaz entered the fund of the house where his ex-partner and their children reside, in Villa Aberastain, Pocito. Next to the woman was a brother of Firmapaz, who tried to stop him when the attacker, after kicking down the back door, entered the home and pounced on his ex-partner.
The violent man takes a pipe and attacks his brother with it, while the woman manages to go out into the street and ask the neighbors for help, who call 911. When the police arrived, they found the two men still fighting. Gustavo Daniel was arrested and his brother was hospitalized.
Firmapaz has already been imprisoned twice for assaulting his ex-partner. One in 2021 and another last year. On both occasions, he received a sentence of 6 months in prison. Today, Wednesday, there was no abbreviated trial agreement and a hearing was set for Thursday of next week.
