In the four-hour video, the two women discussed surgical procedures suffered by Brigitte Macron, indicating that her first husband would not exist, that she would not be the mother of his three children and giving personal information about his brother. If at first, this fake news had gone rather unnoticed, it then took on greater proportions, in particular because of serious child molestation charges brought against the First Lady.

Following the broadcast of the video, Brigitte Macron, her three children and her brother had assigned the two women, February 15, 2022. They asked the court to order them to pay them damages.
