A news that could please Booba. Since last summer, the rapper has made it his mission to bring down “influencers” as he calls them. Indeed, the DUC de Boulogne is trying to bring down influencers who scam their fans through their product placements. Products that would not always work for the 46-year-old artist who notably points the finger at the dropshipping. A process that corresponds to a sale on the internet in which the seller is only responsible for the marketing and sale of the product. And very often, some influencers sell products at a higher price than on other merchant sites.
With regard to Gaëlle Burlot, alias Sophie Fantasy, and her husband Gregory Thonet, the couple has just been sentenced to five years in prison, including an eighteen-month suspended sentence and a fine of 100,000 euros for fraud in an organized gang, abuse of weakness and moral harassment, according to our colleagues from Progress. The influencers have indeed been tried for having defrauded 340 people within the former Lyon marriage agency Eurochallenges. An agency in which the parents of Swan and Neo worked “as a family”. But the facts do not date from today.

Indeed, still according to our colleagues, we must go back to the period 2010-2014 to better understand the facts of which they are accused. At that time, the couple of influencers worked for the agency created by Anne-Marie Muser, the mother of Grégory Thonet.
Moreover, Anne-Marie Muser is also in the sights of justice and was sentenced, like her son and her daughter-in-law, to five years of imprisonment. Including three years suspended and 20,000 euros fine. Gregory’s brothers, Roland and Pierre-Alexis, were respectively sentenced to four years in prison, including two years suspended and a fine of 10,000 euros, and three years’ imprisonment, including eighteen months suspended. Their respective roles were head of the agency’s legal and litigation department and co-founder of the agency.
