Professional women, more discriminated against

Labor insertion problems are greater in the female populationespecially when it comes to professional jobs. This diagnosis is part of the latest Statistical Yearbook of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (Cepal), which includes a section on gender issues. The hourly underemployment and labor informality they also affect the female universe more harshly.

The idea is that this registry allows the professionalization of this work.
