Other agreements arising in the negotiation
Added to the salary increase is an increase in the limits that exclude the collection of family allowances, bringing them to $404,062 (individual gross income limit) and $808,124 (gross family income).
Likewise, according to what was claimed at the joint table by the AJB, from the IPS it was confirmed that the first installment of the agreed increase will be paid to judicial retirees with the assets of the month of March.
For his part, the General Secretary of the AJB Hugo Ruso expressed: “We believe that this proposal that was reached in the negotiations, although it is perfectible, is a step to alleviate the difficult inflationary situation that day by day corrodes our salaries, and from the AJB, we express to the Executive that we will continue fighting for the 2023 parity to overcome inflation and continue on a path of sustained salary recovery, as happened last year.
