Krasnoyarsk deputy said that he was in intensive care after taking dietary supplements with fly agaric

KRASNOYARSK, March 8. /TASS/. Denis Terekhov, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, member of the New People faction, spent some time in intensive care in Moscow after using dietary supplements with fly agaric. This was announced by the deputy himself in Telegram channel.

“I legally purchased an ordinary dietary supplement for sleep at the Danilovsky market in a dietary supplement store. When you fly back and forth 2 times a week, sleep is disturbed. Yes, it contained fly agaric in other herbs, which, by the way, is not prohibited and is freely sold anywhere,” he said, adding that he was in the intensive care unit of the Research Institute. Sklifosovsky in Moscow.

According to him, doctors were called by his fiancee Elena Milichikhina, who was afraid that in a dream he behaved “anxiously”.

“Perhaps I drank more capsules than I should. Perhaps the 14-day fast had an effect. Perhaps I have a banal intolerance to some substances contained in the fly agaric,” Terekhov added. The MP has already been discharged from the medical institution.

Terekhov, 44, was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the region in September 2021 on the lists of the New People party.
