Meanwhile Ismael Leija Escalante, Secretary General of the National Democratic Union of Mining, Metallurgical, Steel and Related Workers, confirmed to VANGUARDIA that the pro-strike payment will be delivered to workers of Section 147, who have already expired and the review of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
