Virginie Efira: water in the gas with Niels Schneider? The Belgian actress is not about to get married and explains why on television!

The year 2023 is starting in the best possible way for Virginie Efira. The 45-year-old Belgian artist was indeed entitled to consecration on February 24, 2023. After launching her career as a host, the former presenter of “The New Star” became an actress and has continued to prove her talent over the years. A talent that was finally recognized, a few days ago, during the 48th Cesar ceremony. The companion of Niels Schneider has indeed received the César for best actress for her role in the film “See Paris again” directed by Alice Winocour.

A prize that eluded her for several years but that she finally received to the delight of her fans, and above all… her companion. Indeed, Niels Schneider obviously accompanied his muse to the Olympia (the 48th Cesar ceremony took place at the famous Parisian hall: editor’s note) to support her and above all to congratulate her on her work and her prize. In a relationship since 2018 with the Franco-Canadian actor, the duo is having happy days and seems totally crazy about each other. In fact, many fans are wondering when they will take the plunge and get married in order to seal their love for good. Unfortunately, this is not planned for any time soon.

Virginie Efira does not want to marry Niels Schneider … for the moment

It could never even happen to believe the recent statements of Virginie Efira. Indeed, invited in “The Papotin Encounters” this Saturday, March 4 on France 2, the Caesarized actress was asked about her relationship and a possible marriage. The speakers wanted to know why Niels Schneider had not yet put his knees on the ground and if it had already been the case, why the Belgian has not yet said “Yes”.

“In fact, I got married a long time ago. I’m 45, and I got married when I was 22 (with Patrick Ridremont in 2002: editor’s note), super young, in Belgium. And then afterwards, we broke up”, recalled Virginie Efira to her interlocutor before specifying: “Since then, for me, love does not necessarily have to go with marriage”. In fact, if nothing is done yet, the chances of seeing Niels Schneider pass the ring on his muse’s finger are very slim…
