The Buenos Aires Harvest has been held in Saldungaray since 2012 and has been recognized as being of Legislative Interest. Saldungaray is a town in the southwest of the province of Buenos Aires and is located in the wide valley between the Sierras de la Ventana and Pillahuincó, about 9 km from Sierra de La Ventana. Participating in the event is also a good excuse to get to know the surrounding towns that make up the Sierra de la Ventana and Villa Ventana Tourist Region.
