In addition to the sentence for sexually abusing the daughter of his ex-partner that he received this Monday, the man identified by judicial sources as Nelson Torres was also declared a repeat offender by the Judge of Guarantees Juan Gabriel Meglioli at the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, in charge of Roberto Mallea subrogated by Raúl Iglesias.
Torres was denounced by his ex-partner on June 27 of last year. During the months of living together, the abuser took advantage of her moments of solitude with her daughter (which only the sources defined that she was a minor), to take off her clothes and grope her private parts.
That happened until the girl was encouraged to tell her grandfather.
Today, Monday, Torres accepted the accusations and agreed to an abbreviated trial, for which he received an effective 3-year prison sentence, in addition to being declared a repeat offender.
