Writing is considered one of the most important stages of the Enem. After all, it is the only test worth from 0 to 1000. Therefore, there is nothing better than preparing in advance. And, to help you write the text, check out the tips from Cláudio Jubilato, a specialist in university entrance exams and professor of Portuguese Language and Writing.

1. Write about topics you like and that catch your attention.

Training with subjects that arouse interest is a great way to develop and hone writing skills and thus be able to apply them to topics that are not part of everyday life.

2. Rewrite newspaper and magazine articles and/or editorials.

The exercise of rewriting guarantees different perspectives for structuring a text. Without changing the content, it is possible to find new ways to talk about the same subject. Comparing the two at the end is a good way to check progress.

3. Watch movies and summarize them in your own words.

This is the best way to absorb what was understood from a content and can be done for different formats, such as books and series.

4. Gather a group of friends.

Each one tells a fun story and then each one writes the story they liked the most in their own words. Finally, read the story aloud for everyone to appreciate. Reading aloud is always good exercise.

5. Create discussion groups on the topic “of the moment”.

After the discussion, write down the main points. The confrontation of ideas leads to the formulation of a thesis of its own.
