The Catalan pilot and businessman kilian revoltjoins the GPR Sport team to make the leap to speed raids at the controls of the GPR22, powered by the engine Ford EcoBoostwith which he will compete in all the events of the Spanish All-Terrain Rally Championship (CERTT) Press: GPR Sport.
After his brilliant participation in three editions of the Dakar Classic, the time has come for Kilian Revuelta to fight against the clock in the raids. To do this, the driver from La Rioja has opted for the experience and professionalism of the GPR Sport team, led by the five-time champion Rubén Gracia. With the incorporation of Kilian in GPR Sportthere will be at least two GPR22 buggies that will take the start of all the tests of the current CERTT season that will consist of six races, with the opening date on March 24, 25 and 26 with the Rally TT Jaén Sea of Olives.
Kilian Revuelta, in addition to his outstanding business activity, Sport is in his blood in many different modalities. In his beginnings, he became the Spanish American Football Champion twice, his first contact with the world of motorsports through the motorcycle, getting to participate in the African raid 1000 Dunes. After participating in the Dakar Classic, his goal is to climb to the speed category, so he faces the season 2023 as a shuttle for a future participation in the Dakar.
For this, it will have the structure and support of the experienced GPR Sport team; the most successful in the category with seven absolute Championships in his showcases, led by Ruben Grace. In this new adventure, Kilian Revuelta will be co-piloted by Gustavo Castro, whose experience in previous adventures and his skill as a mechanic will be of enormous value in the new season they now face.
After the first contacts with the GPR22 on the GPR Sport slopes, Kilian declared: “I have really enjoyed the experience of regularity over the years, but I think it is time to take the leap and look for new challenges. After the first contact with the new car I am looking forward to starting the first test and starting to gain experience”.
